The fine print, in large type.
Shipping, returns, privacy, terms, accessibility and subscription terms. Regional differences between Canada and the US are called out where they exist.
Shipping
We ship to Canada and the United States from regional warehouses. Prices, taxes and shipping are displayed and charged in the currency of your selected market: CAD for Canada, USD for the US. Orders over the free-shipping threshold shown in your region ship free; below it, standard shipping is displayed before payment. Cross-border duties do not apply within each market's fulfilment region.
Returns
Unopened boxes and unused dispensers can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Opened consumables cannot be resold; if something is wrong with a product, contact us and we will make it right.
Subscription terms
- Subscriptions are opt-in. One-time purchase is the default on every product.
- You choose the cadence: 2, 4, 6 or 8 weeks. Renewals bill at the subscription price shown at the time of each order.
- We email you before every charge with a one-tap skip.
- Skip, pause, swap size or quantity, or cancel from your account at any time, with no fees.
- If a product is unavailable we notify you before the renewal date and offer a swap or a skip; we never substitute silently.
Privacy
We collect what is needed to fulfil orders and run your account: contact details, addresses, order and subscription history, and, if you opt in, marketing preferences. We do not sell personal data. Analytics events are used to improve the store. You can request your data or its deletion at any time.
Messages sent through the contact form and email sign-ups are stored on our web host's servers in the United States. We use a message only to reply to it, and a sign-up only to send the launch news and fit tips you agreed to; every such email names Pawdforward and carries an unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete what we hold, or to withdraw consent, email hello@pawdforward.ca.
Terms of sale
Product specifications, certifications and performance claims are published only when approved. Where this prototype shows values with a dotted underline, those are samples and not offers. Final terms are provided with the production storefront.
Accessibility
Pawdforward is built to meet current accessibility standards for contrast, focus states, form labels, keyboard use and alternative text, and respects reduced-motion preferences. If you meet a barrier, tell us and we will fix it and help you order another way.
